How to change audio systems on andriod device

Step:

Disable audio effect in setting and or remove other music enhancement device.
Download DOLBY_DIGITAL.APK
Download link : Dolby_Digital.apk
Install normal apk and wait until complete and choose done.
Go to setting>Sound> Music Effect and choose Dolby Digital.

can u please tell me how to get that "music effect control panel" in sound, in my phone it is not showing?
